Riya Sabu, DDS

Dr. Riya Sabu is a compassionate general dentist with extensive clinical experience in both the United States and India. She is known for delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care while building strong relationships through clear communication, empathy, and trust. Her diverse background allows her to comfortably treat patients from all walks of life while ensuring every individual feels heard, respected, and involved in their dental care decisions.

Dr. Sabu earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she was recognized for Outstanding Clinical Performance in Fixed Prosthodontics. She also holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from A.B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences in India. Since completing her U.S. dental education, she has practiced in multiple Pennsylvania locations, providing high-quality general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care in fast-paced clinical environments.

Her clinical expertise includes crowns and bridges, root canal therapy, dentures, implant restorations, Invisalign®, cosmetic dental procedures, and emergency dental care. Dr. Sabu has a strong focus on preventive dentistry and patient education, helping patients achieve long-term oral health outcomes through individualized treatment planning.

Dr. Sabu believes that excellent dentistry starts with listening. She takes time to understand each patient’s concerns, explains treatment options thoroughly, and partners with patients to create care plans that align with their goals and comfort. Her calm manner and attention to detail help patients feel at ease, even during complex or anxiety-provoking procedures.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Sabu enjoys baking, traveling, and maintaining an active lifestyle. She is fluent in English and Malayalam.
